Overview

Plex is operated by Zimble. By using this service you agree to the terms set out below.

What we do

Plex receives invoices you forward to us by email, extracts key data using automated document processing, and pushes draft bills to your connected accounting software (e.g. Xero).

Data we collect

We collect and process only the data necessary to provide the service:

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to operate the service: receiving invoices, extracting data, and pushing draft bills to your accounting software. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any other purpose.

Data retention

We retain invoice data and attachments only for as long as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

Third-party services

We may share your data with trusted third-party service providers as necessary to deliver and operate the service. These providers are engaged solely for the purposes of fulfilling the service we offer to you and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage of integration tokens and hashed passwords. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Zimble accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to errors in data extraction, failed integrations, or service interruptions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
